At Gaura Hand Casting, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below you will find our shipping policies, including shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship our DIY hand-casting kits across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options and Costs

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Cost: Rs 0
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Cost: Rs 100
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@gaurahandcasting.com with your order number.

Delivery Issues

Shipping Address Changes

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
